Why the order matters

A business rarely breaks for one reason. An IRS notice is usually the visible symptom, not the actual problem. Underneath it there might be missing records, a payroll issue from two years ago, or an entity that quietly fell out of compliance. Prescribe a fix before you understand all of that, and you end up treating the symptom while the real problem keeps growing.

We spent twenty years learning one rule. Investigate first. Decide second. Every case looks simple on the surface. Before we recommend anything, we pull the full picture together.

We review every notice you've received, not just the most recent one. We look at how far back the issue goes, not just what's due right now. We check whether the problem is isolated to taxes, or whether it touches your books, your payroll, and your compliance status too.

Only once we have that full picture do we build a plan. Not before.
